Halloween Chocolate Skillet - Protein Packed, Sugar Free

    Protein-packed Halloween Chocolate Skillet sweetened protein protein powder, and actually sugar-free! An indulgent chocolatey halloween cast iron skillet dessert for the next party!

    Mix-ins:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8” cast iron skillet.

    2. In a bowl combine chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, flour, coconut four, sugar alternative and baking soda.

    3. In another bowl, place whisk applesauce, egg, egg white and almond butter.

    4. Add dry mix into wet and gently fold until uniform.

    5. Add most of chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate chips and pretzels, and mix again.

    6. Pour batter into greased pan/skillet and spread evenly with a spatula or back of a spoon.

      Top with remaining mix-ins.

    7. Bake for 11-12 minutes, a toothpick inserted into the center should come out with few crumbs attached.

      Skillet will cook more in skillet while cooling.

    8. Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve warm with some vanilla and pistachio ice cream!
