Halloween Oreo Protein Brownies

    Sinfully good Halloween Oreo Protein Brownies are the perfect fusion of indulgence and health-consciousness. They’re lower fat, low sugar and packed with protein from Greek Yogurt and protein powder.

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” brownie pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, chocolate protein powders, unflavored protein powder, zero calorie sugar replacement, flour, stevia sweetener, baking soda and baking powder.

    3. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, almond butter and vanilla.

    4. Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.

      DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the brownie dense.

      Batter should be thick.

    5. Transfer ½ batter into pan, spread and smoothen.

      Place 12 Oreos in the center of the batter.

      Top with rest of the brownie batter and spread to cover.

      Sprinkle 1 chopped Oreo on top.

    6. Bake for 25-27 minutes or until the top is set. Toothpick inserted into the center should come out slightly damp.

    7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
