    Delicious and healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Delight with layers of protein cookie dough, protein puddings and sugar-free whipped topping! A high protein, easy no-bake cookie dough layered dessert that’s sure to please a party crowd!

    Cookie Dough Base:

    Vanilla Pudding:

    Chocolate Pudding:

    Topping:

    1. Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.

    2. In a bowl, combine protein powders, oat flour and coconut flour, peanut butter.

    3. Add milk (little at a time) to form a dough.

    4. Add chocolate chips and mix.

    5. Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.

    Vanilla Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth.

    2. Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.

    3. Spread over base.

    Chocolate Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth.

    2. Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.

    3. Spread over vanilla pudding layer.

    Topping:

    1. Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal.

    2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.

    3. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
