    Healthy Eggnog French Toast is perfect for your Christmas breakfast special. High protein Eggnog French Toast made with protein powder and egg white instead of sugar and eggs!

    2 servings

    1. In a large shallow bowl or container whisk together eggnog, milk, egg whites, vanilla protein powder and nutmeg.

    2. Place sliced bread in mixture and let soak for about 2-3 minutes. Flip, and soak other side for another 2-3 minutes.

    3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low and spray with cooking spray.

    4. Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes.

      Cook one slice at a time if using a small skillet.

    5. Serve with whipped cream or your choice of toppings.
