    Easy and Healthy Mint Chocolate Dessert with layers of a sugar-free mint chocolate oreo base, mint protein pudding, chocolate protein pudding and low fat cool whip!

    Mint Oreo Base:

    Mint Protein Pudding:

    Chocolate Protein Pudding:

    Topping:

    1. Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.

    2. In a food processor combine oreos, rice krispies, cocoa powder, chocolate flavor almond butter and chocolate syrup.

    3. Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.

    Mint Protein Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla instant pudding, peppermint extract, green food color and milk (adding milk little at a time) until smooth.

    2. Spread over base.

    Chocolate Protein Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate instant pudding, and milk (add milk little at a time) until smooth.

    2. Spread over mint pudding layer.

    Topping:

    1. Spread cool whip on top of pudding.

    2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.

    3. Sprinkle on chopped mint chocolate oreo, cut into 6 pieces and enjoy.
