Healthy Strawberries & ‘Cream’ Oatmeal

    Strawberries & 'Cream' Oatmeal tastes just like your favorite dessert, while being healthy at the same time. To keep the fat low, its topped with a Greek Yogurt cream!

    Cream:

    Topping:

    1. Whisk together oats, water, milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

    2. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook, uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    3. While the oats cook, combine the yogurt, almond milk, vanilla and sweetener in a small bowl.

    4. Transfer oats to a bowl when cooked, and let it cool down for about 10 minutes.

    5. Top with sweet vanilla ‘cream’ and strawberries and enjoy!
