High Protein Peach Mug Cake

    The perfect high Protein Peach Mug Cake with a ton of protein powder and egg whites, and no sugar or butter. Healthy peach mug cake is gluten free, low carb, and easily vegan too!

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.

    2. In a bowl, whisk vanilla protein powder, coconut flour and baking powder.

    3. Add egg white and milk, and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth and thick.

      Taste batter and add sweetener if needed.

    4. Chop and add half sliced peaches and mix.

    5. Pour batter into ramekin, top with remaining sliced peaches and sprinkle on brown sugar.

    6. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Top should be set.

      Let cool.
