Mint Chocolate Protein Dessert - Half Baked, Easy!

    Indulgent Mint Chocolate Protein Dessert bowl that tastes like a fudgy half baked brownie! Easy, healthy single serve recipe with chocolate protein powder, mint chocolate candy and mint chocolate flavor almond butter too!

    Toppings:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.

    2. In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.

    3. Add almond milk, egg white, mint chocolate almond butter, vanilla, peppermint extract and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth.

    4. Add chopped mint chocolate and fold.

    5. Pour batter into ramekin.

    6. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Top should be mostly set, but still slightly wobbly. It will harden when cool.

    7. Let cool for a few minutes, top with more mint chocolate, ice cream, Mint Chocolate Almond Butter and enjoy!
