    Giant No Bake Chocolate Protein Cookie is the perfect single serve dessert! Rich and chocolatey with 41g protein, low carb, low sugar and gluten free too.

    1. In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, almond milk and vanilla.

      Add milk little at a time. More if mix is too dry, extra coconut flour if too wet.

    2. Add in chocolate chips and fold.

    3. Shape into a cookie.

      Optional: Drizzle on melted chocolate.
