    Amazing fudgy No Bake Protein Brownies with a rich base and indulgent topping! These healthy no bake brownies use protein powder and oat flour, and have no dates; Sugar free and gluten free!

    Base:

    Frosting:

    1. Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.

    Chocolate Base:

    1. In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.

    2. Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.

    3. Transfer to prepared loaf pan, and use back of spoon/sparula to press down and spread.

    Frosting:

    1. In a bowl, combine protein powder and cocoa powder.

    2. Add yogurt (little at a time) and mix until smooth.

      Spread over base.

    3. Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes.

    4. Slice into 16 pieces.
