    Super flavorful Oreo Peanut Butter Protein Bars for your next post-workout snack! Easy, healthy, no bake Oreo peanut butter bars use protein powder for sweetness and are low fat, low calorie and gluten free too.

    Oreo Layer:

    Peanut Butter Layer:

    Topping:

    1. Line a 8 x 4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.

    Oreo Layer:

    1. In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powders, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.

    2. Add flavored peanut butter and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.

    3. Transfer to prepared loaf pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.

    Peanut Butter Layer:

    1. In the same bowl, stir together peanut butter powder, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, maple syrup and water (1 tsp at a time).

    2. Spread on top of Oreo layer and use back of spoon to smoothen.

    Topping:

    1. Top with crushed Oreo cookies; Press down firmly.

    2. Slice into 8 bars.
