Oreo Protein Bread Pudding - Simple and Skinny!

A simple, skinny Oreo Protein Bread Pudding with protein powder, egg whites, yogurt and actual Oreo cookies! This healthy cookies and cream bread pudding is a great protein packed breakfast, dessert and even post workout treat!
Preheat oven to 350°F, and lightly grease a 9”x6” baking dish (or use an 8”x8” and reduce baking time).
Cut bread into 1” cubes and place in baking dish.
Add most chopped Oreos and toss with hands.
In a bowl, whisk together chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, dirt pudding cashew butter and egg whites.
Pour chocolate custard mixture evenly over bread.
Press down and let rest 5 min to soak.
Bake for 20 minutes, cover with foil, bake another 10-15 minutes until mixture is set on the top; bread should be slightly crisp.
Sprinkle on more chopped Oreo and candy-coated chocolates.
Let cool a few minutes, slice into pieces, top with more cashew butter and serve.
