    A delicious and nutritious Peanut Butter Cauliflower Protein Smoothie with no banana! Made with frozen cauliflower, zucchini and protein powder, this low carb and sugar free treat is perfect for a breakfast on-the-go or after a sweaty workout!

    1. Blend frozen cauliflower, zucchini, vanilla protein powder, milk and peanut butter in blender or food processor until combined.

    2. Scrape down the sides or add a Tbsp of more almond milk to thin if needed.

    3. Transfer to a glass or bowl, top with choice of toppings and enjoy!
