    Perfect Pistachio Protein Overnight Oats with a creamy protein oatmeal, protein pistachio pudding and chopped pistachios! An easy, healthy and hearty pistachio oat recipe.

    Pistachio Pudding & Toppings:

    1. Combine all Oats ingredients in a blender - oats, protein powder, milk, yogurt, flaxseed.

    2. Blend about 20 seconds until just combined; Not completely pureed.

    3. In a bowl, make pistachio pudding: mix yogurt, milk, protein powder and pistachio pudding mix.

    4. Pour oats into 2 jars, top with pistachio pudding.

      Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3 hours.

    5. Top with chopped pistachio.

      Add more milk before serving if needed.
