Protein Apple Cobbler - Single Serve, Easy, Healthy

    Apple Filling:

    Cobbler Topping:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. Place peaces in a bowl, add vanilla protein powder, lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss to coat; Use hands if needed.

    3. Transfer to 8-10oz ramekin.

      Bake 10-12 min.

    4. In medium bowl combine flour, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. Mix.

      Add Greek yogurt, milk and butter, and mix to form thick dough.

    5. Scoop 1-2 Tbsp worth of dough and place on top of apples.

      Does not have to fully cover or be uniform.

    6. Bake for 15 minutes; Cobbler should be golden brown on top.

    7. Cool for 5 minutes, top with ice cream and serve!
