    An edible low calorie Protein Chickpea Cookie Dough made with protein powder, peanut butter powder and sugar free chocolate chips. This healthy cookie dough recipe is Vegan and Gluten free too - the perfect protein powder and chickpea dessert.

    1. Place chickpeas in a food processor or blender, process until roughly broken down.

    2. Add remaining ingredients except coconut flour and chocolate chips - chickpeas, peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, water, almond milk and maple syrup.

    3. Pulse until smooth, about 1 minute. Add more milk to thin if needed.

    4. Transfer to a bowl, add coconut flour and chocolate chips; Fold to combine.
