    Protein Chocolate Cracker Sandwich is the blend of sweet and salty that you’ve been waiting for! High protein chocolate spread inside wheat thin crackers - an easy, healthy, low sugar snack.

    Filing:

    Chocolate Drizzle:

    1. In a bowl combine chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate almond butter and water (adding little at a time).

    2. Divide mixture on 10 crackers - about 1½ tsp each.

    3. Cover chocolate cracker with empty cracker to make sandwich.

    Chocolate Drizzle:

    1. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 30 seconds, stirring halfway, until completely melted.

    2. Allow to cool slightly then drizzle on.
