Protein French Toast Sticks - Anabolic & Amazing

    Very amazing and anabolic Protein French French Toast Sticks perfect for a high protein breakfast or post workout. With protein powder, egg whites and a hint of cinnamon, this anabolic french toast recipe might be better than your normal!

    2 servings

    1. Use a pizza cutter or serrated knife to cut each slice of bread into 3 sections.

    2. In a large shallow bowl or container whisk together almond milk, egg white, vanilla protein powder and cinnamon.

    3. Place bread in mixture and let soak for about 3-4 minutes. Flip, and soak other side for another 3-4 minutes.

    4. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low and spray with cooking spray.

    5. Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes.

      Cook in batches if using a small skillet.

    6. Serve with choice of toppings.
