    The best Protein Ice Cream Pops made with just 4 ingredients! These high protein popsicles use protein powder and greek yogurt and great for a healthy summer treat.

    2 servings

    Topping:

    1. In a bowl mix yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup.

    2. Divide mix 4 popsicle molds.

      Insert stick.

    3. Freeze 2 hours.

    4. Place chocolate and coconut oil in bowl and microwave 30-40 seconds (stirring at 15s intervals).

    5. Remove popsicles from molds, dip ends in chocolate or drizzle on chocolate.

    6. Place on parchment-lined baking pan or plate to dry.
