    Decadent but healthy Red Velvet Dessert Lasagna with 0 guilt for Valentine’s Day. High protein red velvet layered dessert is low sugar, low fat and uses protein powder instead of sugar!

    Oreo Base:

    Cream Cheese Layer:

    Red Velvet Pudding:

    Topping:

    1. Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.

    2. In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.

    3. Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.

    4. Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.

    Cream Cheese Layer:

    1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment of stand mixer until smooth; About 30 seconds.

      Add Greek yogurt and beat again until combined.

    2. Beat in vanilla protein powder, scraping down the sides if needed.

    3. Add milk - little at a time - until spreadable, but thick.

    4. Spread over base.

    Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate instant pudding, and milk until smooth.

    2. Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.

    3. Spread over cream cheese layer.

    Topping:

    1. Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal.

    2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.

    3. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
