Red Velvet Protein Balls

    No bake Red Velvet Protein Balls made with oat flour and protein powder for a healthy and sugar free protein snack! These high protein red velvet energy balls are also gluten free, dairy free and Vegan too!

    Chocolate:

    1. In a bowl, mix oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and coconut flour.

    2. Add almond milk and red food color and mix.

      Add more milk if the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet.

    3. Divide into 8 portions.

    4. Roll into balls.

    Chocolate:

    1. Mix in: Add into dough before dividing and rolling.

    2. Coat: Chop into small bits and roll balls in to coat.

    3. Drizzle: Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a shallow bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds - at 15 second intervals - until it’s completely melted. Let cool about 5 mins then drizzle.
