    Single Serve Protein French Toast Bake is the perfect breakfast for one. Quick, easy, sugar-free and healthy individual anabolic french toast with protein powder.

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large ramekin.

    2. Cut bread into 1" cubes.

    3. In a blender, combine protein powder, almond milk, eggs, egg whites and cinnamon.

      Transfer into a bowl.

    4. Add bread slices and gently mix (using large spoon) to coat well.

    5. Transfer bread mix into ramekin.

      Pour remaining liquid in.

    6. Bake for 20-25 minutes (cover with foil after 12 minutes) until mixture is set upto the top; Bread should be slightly crisp on top, tester inserted in should come out dry.

    7. Let cool a few minutes, top with berries and maple syrup and serve.
