    Pretty and perfect Strawberry Protein Balls with the crunch of a cashew inside! Strawberry protein bites are healthy, low carb, low fat, gluten free and have no sugar added!

    Cashew Strawberry Filling + Coating:

    1. In a bowl, mix oat flour, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and crushed freeze dried strawberries.

    2. Add cashew butter and almond milk (little at a time) and mix.

      Add more milk if the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet.

    3. Divide into 8 portions.

      Roll into balls.

      Flatten, press a depression, place a cashew in the middle and cover. Roll into ball again.

    4. Roll balls in more crushed freeze dried strawberries.
