Breakthrough Strawberry Protein Jam (No sugar!)

    An unbelievable Strawberry Protein Jam sweetened with protein powder, boosted with collagen, and thickened with flaxeed. This healthy high protein strawberry jam is sugar free, low carb, keto friendly, and much better than all the store stuff!

    2 servings

    1. Heat strawberries and water in a small saucepan over medium, stirring occasionally until fruit begins to break down and bubble, about 7-10 min.

    2. Use a spoon or potato masher to mash to desired consistency.

    3. Remove from heat, stir in protein powder, unflavored collagen, flaxseed meal and lemon juice, and let thicken 5 minutes.

    4. Serve immediately or store (see post).
