Protein Pancake Bites - 5 Ingredients, Stuffed, Easy!

    Chocolate stuffed Protein Pancake Bites made with just 5 ingredients! These protein powder pancake bites use Kodiak cakes protein pancake mix and are a great healthy breakfast or post workout treat on the go!

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    2. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder.

    3. Add yogurt and mix until combined to form a dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.

      DO NOT OVER-MIX or the protein powder will make it tough.

    4. Divide dough into 10 pieces (1-2 Tbsp size) and roll into balls.

      Press a depression, place ~4-5 chocolate chips in the middle and cover. Roll into ball again.

    5. Place on prepared baking sheet; Bake 10-12 minutes until outside is slightly browned and looks cooked.
