Valentine's Day Protein Dessert - Just Perfect for Two

    Perfect Valentine’s Day Protein Dessert jars with layers of a protein cookie, protein pudding and Valentines M&Ms. A healthy Valentine’s Day trifle for two made in 5 minutes!

    Pudding:

    Topping/Mix-in:

    Base:

    1. Combine protein powder, flour, almond butter powder, baking powder in a bowl.

    2. Add egg white, almond butter and milk (little at a time) and mix until thick but spreadable.

    3. Lightly grease a microwave-safe plate with oil or cooking spray.

      Transfer mixture, spread with spoon and shape into circle - ½” thick.

    4. Microwave on high for about 1 min 15 seconds - top should be dry to touch.

    5. Let cool for a few minutes, then chop unto ½” pieces.

    Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk until smooth.

      Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.

    Assemble:

    1. Chop half of the M&Ms.

    2. Assemble 2 jars with layers: chopped cookie mixed with chopped M&Ms, pudding layer, and repeat - 2 layers of each.

      Top with more M&Ms.
