Tender Sweet Potato Bites served with a creamy Maple-Tahini Yogurt dip. This easy homemade appetizer takes 10 minutes and is perfect for your next get-together or solo night-in!

Sauce:
Slice sweet potato into ¼” thick coins, leaving skin on.
Heat a large skillet over medium and lightly grease with olive oil, coconut oil or cooking spray.
Add sliced sweet potato in an even layer, cover cook each side about 3-4 minutes (about 8 minutes total) until golden brown and tender.
In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the sauce.
Transfer chips to a serving dish, garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy with the sauce!
