Sweet Potato Chicken Patties with Spicy Greek Yogurt Sauce

Super power Sweet Potato Chicken Patties paired with a Spicy Yogurt Sauce; Baked in an oven or cooked in an air fryer, it makes a healthy, easy, sweet-n-spicy appetizer or a mean burger filling!

Preheat oven to 325°F, or use an Air-Fryer.
Pierce sweet potato with a fork, microwave for 5 minutes, and then mash.
Pulse broccoli in a food processor and until finely ground into “rice” form, or grate.
Finely chop the cooked chicken.
Blend spices together in a bowl.
Combine the mashed sweet potato, veggies, chicken and spices, mix well. Adjust the amount of spices if needed.
Add the greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
Divide the mixture into 4 parts, and use your hands to shape into flattened balls.
Air-Fry at 350°F for 15 minutes (or bake in the oven for 20 minutes) until golden brown.
In a small bowl, stir together ingredients for the sauce.
Dip patties in sauce or assemble as burgers and enjoy.
