An amazing Sweet Potato Protein Dessert Bowl for a cozy fall treat! This healthy sweet potato dessert is sweetened with protein powder, and has no added sugar. Low fat and gluten free too!

Prepare Sweet Potatoes:
Boil water on a stove-top.
Peel and chop sweet potatoes into 1-2” cubes.
Add sweet potato into boiling water and cook about 12-15 minutes until easily pierced with a fork.
Drain water and let cool 1-2 minutes.
Combine and Assemble:
Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl and puree using hand mixer (or use food processor).
Add milk and blend completely.
Add vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia powder. Blend until combined.
Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
Transfer to 2 serving bowls, top with chocolate chips and granola and enjoy!
