Pretty and pretty perfect Matcha Protein Balls studded with White Chocolate Chips! These green protein balls use nut butter and oats and are a great no bake snack or high protein matcha dessert. Option for a Keto matcha chocolate protein bites too!

Place oats in food processor and process to shred - about 20 seconds.
In a bowl, combine oats, cashew butter, vanilla protein powder, matcha powder and almond milk and mix.
Add more milk if the mix is too dry or flour if the mix is too wet.
Add in chocolate chips and mix until uniform.
Spoon out about a tablespoon of mixture at a time roll into balls using clean hands.
